This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily operations of the Inside Sales Team and assist with all escalations, guiding each member towards achieving their weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives through consistent coaching and one-on-one meetings.

• Work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales teams to create and implement quarterly call campaigns.

• Manage budgets, organize and execute sales strategies, and hold responsibility for meeting overall sales targets.

• Create new product scripts and advanced qualifying questions for call campaigns in partnership with marketing and sales leadership.

• Enhance and maintain Inside Sales processes, lead generation, and quarterly project planning to devise a successful solution-selling strategy.

• Generate and distribute weekly/monthly performance dashboard reports for each Inside Sales Representative based on data collected from CRM module activity details and call metrics.

• Prepare and deliver quarterly performance analyses to Senior Management, detailing Inside Sales Team activities related to bookings, lead generation, meetings, and quoting opportunities.

• Compile monthly project summaries to share with stakeholders, including project details such as overview, start/end dates, number of sites to contact, and establishing relevant metrics for evaluating outcomes.

• Influence both internal and external stakeholders to eliminate barriers and facilitate the Inside Sales Team's goal achievements.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales management is required.

• At least 2 years of sales experience is necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledgeable in Sales Automation tools.
