This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• This position provides support for the Western U.S. regions, operating during the following hours to accommodate west coast business: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PT
• The Inside Sales (Business Representative) is tasked with managing and expanding territory and relationships within designated subsidiaries and locations of regional accounts.
• Collaborates closely with Regional Sales Managers to implement strategic account plans, drive growth opportunities, and ensure alignment throughout the regional structure.
• Responsible for overseeing the sales pipeline within the assigned territory, ensuring that opportunities advance through each stage of the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing and ongoing account management.
• Utilizes account-based strategies to enhance penetration into new subsidiaries and locations while reinforcing and broadening existing relationships.
• Oversees and grows a portfolio of subsidiary accounts within strategic regional customers in the designated territory, ensuring alignment with the overall regional strategy and promoting expansion opportunities.
• Drives growth by actively sourcing and securing new business prospects while strategically nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts throughout the complete sales cycle.
• Works in partnership with Regional Sales Managers to ensure subsidiary-level strategies are aligned with the overall regional approach.
• Conducts research and utilizes account insights to reveal growth potential and guide strategic planning.
• Executes targeted account-based initiatives to enhance penetration into new subsidiaries and locations while fortifying and expanding existing relationships.
• Manages multi-faceted discussions across health and safety, procurement, operations, and executive leadership to accelerate deal progression.
• Provides market intelligence and specific insights to inform regional account planning.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams to deliver customized solutions for regional customers.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience selling to small business accounts.
• Proficiency in using a CRM, such as Salesforce, is preferred.
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to implement account-based strategies to foster growth.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to engage multiple stakeholders across complex organizations.
• Proven capability to navigate organizational hierarchies and buying committees to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Expertise in building and sustaining customer relationships through proactive engagement and effective problem-solving.
• Consultative selling approach focused on identifying needs, delivering customized solutions, and influencing decision-makers.
