This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Provides support to accounts located on the East Coast during the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET
• Takes ownership of and enhances territory and relationships within designated subsidiaries and regional account locations
• Collaborates closely with Regional Sales Managers to implement strategic account plans and identify expansion opportunities
• Oversees the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities advance through each phase of the sales cycle, from initial contact to closure and ongoing account management
• Utilizes account-based strategies to increase penetration into new subsidiaries and locations while reinforcing and expanding current relationships
• Works in tandem with Regional Sales Managers to synchronize subsidiary-level initiatives with the overall regional strategy
• Conducts research and utilizes account insights to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic planning
• Employs targeted account-based strategies to enhance penetration into new subsidiaries and locations while fortifying and growing existing relationships
• Supplies market intelligence and account-specific insights to aid in regional account planning
• Engages cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams to provide customized solutions for regional clients
• At least 3 years of experience in selling to small business accounts
• Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is preferred
• Demonstrated business acumen with the capability to implement account-based strategies to foster growth
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to engage various stakeholders within complex organizations
• Proven capability to navigate organizational structures and buying committees to discover and cultivate new opportunities
• Proficient in developing and maintaining customer relationships through proactive engagement and effective problem-solving
• Consultative selling approach focused on identifying customer needs, delivering customized solutions, and influencing key decision-makers
