
Inside Sales Associate – Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Generate effective leads for CCC Solutions through outbound calling, targeted marketing campaigns, and special projects.
• Execute high-volume outbound calls to identify, qualify, and nurture leads, ensuring viable opportunities are directed to the appropriate territory representative.
• Accurately log all outreach activities in real-time within Salesforce, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date account records.
• Engage with prospects using a consultative approach to comprehend their business needs and effectively present CCC Solutions.
• Collaborate with territory representatives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on lead handoff processes and campaign priorities.
• Assist with marketing-led campaigns and special projects aimed at increasing lead volume and conversion rates.
• Contribute to various sales initiatives and projects as assigned by management.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development is preferred; equivalent demonstrated skills will be taken into account.
• Proven ability in consultative B2B sales, lead generation, lead nurturing, and appointment setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to engage prospects professionally over the phone.
• Proficient in managing and prioritizing a large volume of outreach in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate product and solution value propositions.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and the capacity to work independently.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Familiarity with the insurance, automotive, or supply chain industries (e.g., OE dealers, aftermarket suppliers, on-hand suppliers).
• Understanding of the complete sales cycle with the ability to close smaller deals.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools and outbound calling platforms.
