This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Take ownership of the complete revenue metrics and market share status for your designated portfolio.
• Drive significant growth in applications, funded loans, and the average size of loans.
• Identify, assess, and act on performance gaps and revenue opportunities within each account.
• Analyze barriers to growth (such as product gaps, pricing, state restrictions, and operational challenges) and communicate the quantified impact to leadership.
• Forecast trends in performance and proactively develop action plans to meet growth objectives and maintain market share among assigned accounts.
• Act as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
• Cultivate strong, credible relationships with operators and key stakeholders.
• Increase revenue through strategic account development, onboarding new locations, and enhancing product adoption.
• Lead proactive growth discussions instead of merely responding to support requests.
• Act as the manager of your portfolio, responsible for the growth, retention, and performance of assigned accounts.
• Maintain thorough visibility into pipeline activity, funding trends, conversion rates, and untapped potential.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with each partner’s opportunities.
• Ensure that partners are fully trained and aligned with Zippy’s complete process (from marketing to funding).
• Foster operational discipline to enhance pull-through, speed, and borrower experience.
• Collaborate across functions to address systemic issues and file-level obstacles affecting performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as market share, application volume, funded volume, and revenue trends.
• Keep accurate and actionable account and contact data in Salesforce.
• Utilize data to guide strategic decisions and prioritize time management.
• Represent client insights internally while safeguarding Zippy’s commercial interests.
• Provide structured feedback on product deficiencies, operational inefficiencies, and revenue opportunities.
• Influence cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that drive portfolio growth.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Zippy’s loan process, underwriting criteria, technology, and funding prerequisites.
• Serve as a trusted authority for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously pursue learning opportunities to enhance commercial and operational effectiveness.
• Strong sense of ownership with a comfort level in being accountable for revenue and performance metrics.
• Commercially driven with a sales-oriented approach.
• High level of curiosity and robust diagnostic problem-solving abilities.
• Naturally friendly and personable, capable of quickly establishing trust with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to navigate complex or challenging conversations constructively.
• Confidence in interactions with operators, owners, and senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Salesforce/CRM and possesses disciplined data management habits.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline and follow-through.
• Ability to balance partner advocacy with Zippy's business priorities.
• Experience in tech-forward, mortgage, fintech, or enablement sectors is preferred.
• SaaS experience and the ability to convey product value is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the manufactured housing sector is a plus.
