This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Engage with existing clients to rekindle relationships and stimulate consignment activities.
• Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team.
• Utilize strong client connections to secure referrals for new business opportunities.
• Conduct daily outreach to current clients.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Review contracts with clients.
• Establish pricing expectations through a comprehensive understanding of luxury, while making use of internal tools and resources.
• At least 1 year of demonstrated success in a quota-carrying, direct sales role.
• Ability to swiftly build rapport and establish trust and credibility with clients.
• Proficient and comfortable using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, and CRM systems.
• Must be able to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week).
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on growth.
• Adaptable and open to change.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous experience in selling luxury goods and/or services is preferred.
• Capability to discuss and advise clients on general fashion trends and developments in the luxury market.
• Base salary plus uncapped commission.
• $1,000/month commission (at target) with top performers earning over $2,000+/month.
