Inside Sales Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in warm and outbound calling initiatives to attract potential customers and create new business opportunities.

• Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients to comprehend their requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Deliver product information, detailing features and benefits to prospective customers.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to formulate effective sales strategies and meet sales objectives.

• Keep precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions within the CRM system.

• Address challenges or issues that arise with clients and/or vendors.

• Grasp and leverage all internal support resources and processes to reduce project risks and enhance profitability.

• Remain informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in business development or inside sales roles.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Strong phone presence with a track record of making numerous calls each day.

• Proficient in using corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and effectively managing time.

• Experience in the promotional products industry is essential.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities, capable of delivering high accuracy under deadlines.

• Strong work ethic that enables independent work with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment with diverse individuals.

• Actively seek information, training, and resources necessary for ongoing professional development to excel in this role.

• The position may involve occasional travel, though not on a regular basis.
