This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and verify the specifics of losses related to both basic and complex automobile accidents.

• Assess coverage, liability, and damages accurately.

• Adjust and negotiate claims within designated limits of authority.

• Take full responsibility for managing claims from initiation to conclusion.

• Collaborate with fraud or subrogation representatives to attain optimal results.

• Recognize and identify vehicle body components and other possible property damages.

• Assess customer needs and respond appropriately with effective customer service skills.

• Evaluate the potential for subrogation or fraud and determine the appropriate handling method.

• Utilize a moderate understanding of company and industry insurance policies.

• Investigate all elements of auto claims including coverage, damages, and subrogation independently and judiciously.

• Manage claims independently without requiring supervisory oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideal candidates should be located in the PST or MST time zones.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Must take complete ownership of claims management from start to finish.

• Must maintain an organized, proactive, and highly communicative approach.

• Ability to effectively multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with auto insurance claims is essential.

• Skills in case management, claims administration, claims resolution, and claims review are required.

• Experience or knowledge in insurance claims investigation is necessary.

• Strong customer service, task organization, and time management abilities are crucial.

• Individuals holding an active insurance license must terminate all current appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold external appointments during employment.

• Applicants with a resident producer license must formally relinquish that license when directed by the licensing team.

• A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace with suitable desk and seating is required.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.
