This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Aids small sales market client accounts by fostering and sustaining strong relationships.
• Helps to identify and promote growth opportunities within current accounts while converting business from competitors.
• Facilitates coordination and collaboration with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of client requests and projects.
• Monitors data and account performance metrics using CRM or other systems.
• Oversees the client pipeline of opportunities and leads, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, or relevant equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related role, providing daily support to both team members and customers.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers at all levels.
• Proven experience in building relationships by listening, understanding, and offering solutions that lead to high customer satisfaction.
