This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the management of inquests, unexpected fatalities, and legal claims throughout our healthcare services.
• Oversee case administration activities.
• Keep precise records.
• Communicate with key internal and external stakeholders, including Coroners, solicitors, and insurers.
• Ensure that documentation is handled effectively and within stipulated timeframes.
• Provide assistance for claims activities.
• Aid in the coordination of investigations.
• Track the progress of cases.
• Uphold compliance with legal and governance standards.
• Prior experience in a coordination or administrative capacity.
• Ideally within healthcare, legal, or governance sectors.
• Capability to work independently.
• Demonstrate sound judgement when managing sensitive information.
• Develop effective working relationships across a diverse range of teams.
• Knowledge of inquests is highly preferred.
• Highly organized and attentive to details.
• Ability to handle competing priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong IT competencies are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Confident in executing advanced tasks such as data analysis, formula creation, conditional formatting, and report generation.
• Complete an IT skills assessment to validate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
