Inpatient Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Prepares, dispenses, and verifies medications prescribed for a designated group of patients.

• Assesses, evaluates, and monitors the drug therapy of patients.

• Offers drug information, patient education, and various clinical pharmacy services.

• Evaluates all physician orders through a clinical assessment of the patient.

• Manages drug therapy to enhance patient outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.

• Current Pharmacy license in the relevant state of practice.

• Proficient computer skills and dexterity necessary for data entry and retrieval of patient information.

• Must be adept with Windows-based applications and keyboard usage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
