⛳️ Requirements

• Certification from AHIMA or AAPC (CPC, CIC, COC) is required.

• At least two years of recent inpatient coding experience in an acute care environment.

• Proficient in coding ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS diagnosis and procedure codes.

• Understanding of MS DRG Coding Classification Systems.

• Technical skills in remote connectivity, including virtual private networks, multi-factor authentication through smartphones, and video conferencing tools.

• Familiarity with office applications such as Outlook for communication, calendar for scheduling, and Excel for data management.

• A consistent and reliable schedule is essential, with expectations for punctual attendance.

• Achieve client productivity goals while ensuring coding quality of 95% or higher.
