Inpatient Coder – PRN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Operate in a fully accountable capacity, guaranteeing the overall quality of inpatient coding.

• Ensure precise and comprehensive coding for the purpose of measuring and reporting outcomes.

• Stay updated with the latest knowledge of clinical coding in accordance with established guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree is required.

• Must possess a Certified Coding Specialist credential along with two years of inpatient coding experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with experience in EHR and Encoder, is preferred.

• RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification is mandatory.
