Innovation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the oversight and implementation of open innovation initiatives, specifically the CPSI – Public Contract for Innovative Solutions.

• Facilitate ceremonies and ensure compliance with agile methodologies.

• Organize and monitor action plans, timelines, and contractually defined deliverables.

• Create methodologies and tools to enhance innovation management efforts.

• Assist in analyzing outcomes and lessons learned, compiling information for technical and management reports.

• Evaluate data, studies, and reports to derive actionable insights.

• Maintain records and progress indicators accurately in digital tracking systems.

• Foster collaboration between internal and external teams and aid in stakeholder management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience in managing open innovation projects, including conducting experiments, tests, and proofs of concept.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced or fluent level.
