Innovation Analyst, Corporate Venture Capital (CVC)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform ongoing assessments (monthly/quarterly) of investment funds and portfolio companies.

• Recognize synergies between the portfolio and the strategic priorities of the client.

• Engage in administrative support functions related to fund operations (payments, capital calls, etc.).

• Assist in the execution of structuring activities for Corporate Venture Capital (CVC).

• Create processes and routines for managing fund operations.

• Document and aggregate information regarding status, challenges, and opportunities in management dashboards.

• Lead agile ceremonies (kick-offs, reviews, retrospectives) tailored to the context of startup-corporate collaboration.

• Prepare executive presentations on a variety of subjects.

• Develop methodologies and tools to facilitate innovation management activities within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in portfolio management or corporate venture capital (CVC).

• Proficiency in English (advanced or fluent).

• Strong analytical skills to interpret business metrics and make data-driven choices.

• Capability to lead workshops and interactive sessions with the CVC team and business units.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience in innovation and corporate venture capital, with a solid understanding of investment dynamics, fund management, and CVC operations.

• Familiarity with the startup ecosystem, including knowledge of key players, programs, and incentive structures.

• Background in managing and operating CVC funds within large organizations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

• Understanding of technology and startup scouting.
