This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Engage with clients through proactive management of workers' compensation claims.
• Foster and enhance positive client relationships by delivering outstanding service.
• Guide employers in refining their claims reporting processes.
• Develop Stay at/Return to Work programs.
• Motivate Case Managers to advance complex or stalled cases.
• Identify opportunities for cost relief.
• Educate both workers and employers regarding their obligations under the WCB Act.
• Assist workers and employers in formulating return to work plans.
• Coordinate with the provincial Workers’ Compensation Boards.
• A post-secondary degree in human resources, psychology, social work, kinesiology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or a related area.
• A solid understanding of WCB policies and practices is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience with WSIB is considered advantageous.
• Background in disability management or return to work is an asset, though not required.
• Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
