⛳️ Requirements

• 16 to 20 years of experience in Wintel engineering, VMware, and cloud infrastructure.

• Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, and GPO management.

• Strong experience in VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) and virtualization technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS, cloud automation, and migration strategies.

• Proficiency in Ansible, PowerShell, Python, and Bash for automation and configuration management.

• Basic knowledge of Pure Storage and storage provisioning.

• Solid understanding of best security practices, system hardening, and compliance standards.

• Excellent problem-solving skills for complex infrastructure issues.

• Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.

• High level of English proficiency, C1.
