Ingeniero/a de Bases de Datos – PostgreSQL, Oracle, Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and optimize databases in cloud environments (AWS and Azure).

• Manage and tune PostgreSQL and Oracle systems in demanding scenarios.

• Ensure high availability, performance, and data security.

• Participate in database migrations and modernization efforts to the cloud.

• Troubleshoot complex performance and scalability issues.

• Collaborate with technical teams to build data-driven solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle.

• Knowledge of databases in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).

• Experience in query optimization and performance tuning.

• Ability to work with large volumes of data.

• Analytical mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.

• Bonus points if you also:

• Have experience with automation and scripting (Bash, Python).

• Have experience in replication, backup, and disaster recovery.

• Are familiar with monitoring and observability tools.

• Have participated in cloud migrations or hybrid projects.
