This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• You will be a key player in the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of our Contact Center infrastructure.
• Collaborating directly with global teams.
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing solutions on CCaaS platforms.
• Proven experience with NICE inContact or CXone, along with practical knowledge of the Studio Scripting Tool.
• Strong command of Contact Center technology tools: ACD, IVR, QM, and WFM.
• Advanced English (C1) is essential.
• Salary of $8,000,000 + all legal benefits.
