This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.
• Accompany the sales team during pre-sales visits.
• Confirm the delivery of necessary technical and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate the creation of profiles and management of temporary access keys.
• Execute the implementation of channels either on-site or remotely.
• Manage technical communication with the IT departments.
• Over 2 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Specialization in on-site support, software installations, and ERP management such as SAP or Oracle.
• Education in Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Administration.
• Knowledge of SFTP integrations and data structures for banking transactions.
• Advanced proficiency in Online Banking and file management tools.
