Ingeniero de Observabilidad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Deploy, implement, and maintain observability solutions (logs, metrics, and traces) tailored to each client.

• Configure and optimize stacks based on ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

• Create dashboards, alerts, and advanced visualizations using Grafana.

• Implement instrumentation and distributed tracing with OpenTelemetry.

• Analyze performance, availability, and capacity issues.

• Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to enhance early incident detection.

• Document best practices and train technical users in utilizing the tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in roles related to Observability, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.

• Practical experience with at least one of the following suites: ELK Stack / Grafana (Grafana Cloud, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, etc.) / OpenTelemetry.

• Knowledge of DevOps, Containers (Docker / Kubernetes), Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), and technologies such as Linux, Python, Shell Scripting is a plus.

• Certifications in ELK, Grafana, etc., are advantageous.

• Advanced English proficiency to participate in international projects.
