This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines for the integration and processing of information from multiple sources.

• Implement and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Python, SQL, and modern data tools, ensuring data availability and performance.

• Ensure data quality and traceability through validations, automated monitoring, technical documentation, and data infrastructure management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a degree in systems or related fields.

• Have over 3 years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining reliable and scalable data pipelines.

• Integrate diverse sources (APIs, databases, files, events) into the data warehouse.

• Implement ETL/ELT processes and orchestrate workflows with modern tools.

• Ensure data quality with validations, alerts, and automated testing.

• Document architectures, workflows, and technical decisions regarding data.

• Possess advanced proficiency in Python (PySpark, pandas).

• Advanced SQL skills.

• Experience with dbt.

• Familiarity with BigQuery / Snowflake / Redshift.

• Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes.

• Ability to adapt to new technologies and innovative approaches to maximize impact.
