This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.
• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment
• Diagnose, repair, and replace components in equipment supported by NCR Voyix
• Install new equipment or upgrade existing systems
• Address and resolve customer inquiries
• Conduct preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and periodic repairs
• Capture detailed information on customer assets for billing processes
• Valid driver's license with no infractions
• Completed secondary education or equivalent experience
• Basic computer knowledge, including Windows and Microsoft Office
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance and support
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, troubleshoot, learn quickly, and meet deadlines under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude; experience with computer hardware, networks, and peripherals
• Personal integrity and willingness to work as part of a team
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties
