Ingeniero Cloud Semi Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy solutions in cloud environments (Azure and AWS), ensuring high availability, scalability, and efficiency.

• Implement and manage continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, promoting automation in the development cycle.

• Automate the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

• Manage and administer containerized environments (Docker) and orchestrators like Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), ensuring their proper functioning and optimization.

• Develop scripts and automations to enhance operational processes, deployments, and cloud service monitoring.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate best DevOps practices and ensure continuous delivery of solutions.

• Implement and maintain solutions in multi-cloud and/or hybrid environments (cloud/on-premise).

• Manage code versions and repositories using Git, ensuring control and traceability of changes.

• Integrate quality or security tools within the development cycle (basic/intermediate DevSecOps approach).

• Document configurations, architectures, and technical processes to ensure operational continuity and team knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Minimum experience of 2-4 years.

• Experience in designing, building, and deploying applications across multiple clouds, preferably Azure and AWS.

• Knowledge of Git (version control).

• Proficiency in programming with Python, Groovy, Ansible, Terraform.

• Experience in CI/CD, IaC, and automation.

• Use of Jenkins for pipelines.

• Containerization with Docker.

• Experience in managing Kubernetes (AKS, EKS).

• Intermediate knowledge of Azure & AWS.

• Intermediate level in Terraform (IaC).

• Intermediate level in Ansible.

• Intermediate level in Argo CD / GitOps (desirable).

• Intermediate level in OpenShift (desirable).

• Intermediate knowledge of DevSecOps.

• Basic level of integration with quality or security tools.

• Experience in multi-platform environments (cloud/on-premise) at an intermediate level.

• Intermediate level in Helm.

• Intermediate level in scripting for automation.

• Strong logical and analytical thinking.

• Focus on automation.
