Infrastructure Systems Engineer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide support for essential infrastructure components, such as: Windows Server, Internet Information Services (IIS), Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and VMware virtualization.

• Manage and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments.

• Administer and support Session Border Controllers (SBCs) along with associated telecommunications infrastructure.

• Organize and prioritize task-based assignments based on business impact and urgency.

• Act as a senior technical resource and subject matter expert in fax, telephony, and related infrastructure technologies.

• Keep detailed technical documentation, procedures, and operational standards up to date.

• Design, implement, and sustain enterprise fax solutions that integrate with SIP Trunking services.

• Lead the architecture, deployment, administration, and continuous operation of RightFax and XM Fax platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Relevant professional experience in supporting enterprise infrastructure, telephony, fax platforms, and identity management solutions.

• Proven expertise in complex infrastructure engineering and administration of enterprise-scale systems.
