Infrastructure & Platforms Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provision and manage Azure resources (Static Web Apps, Blob Storage, Entra ID, Azure AD) utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Oversee the shared Static Web App reports hub, including App Registration, routing, and multi-tenant deployment.

• Provide support for the M+ Studio pilot, focusing on Managed Agents environment, MCP connector networking, and credential vault.

• Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, implementing quality gates, security scanning, and automated deployments.

• Create observability dashboards to track pipeline health, delivery velocity, and DORA metrics.

• Carry out the Book of Work infrastructure, which includes Jira API integration and cycle time tracking.

• Collaborate with the InfoSec team on data residency, security assessments, and compliance requirements.

• Assist in vendor and license rationalization, mapping FreshService catalog and conducting capability audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in cloud infrastructure engineering, showcasing strong Azure expertise across App Services, Static Web Apps, Entra ID/Azure AD, Key Vault, and Blob Storage.

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, with a preference for Terraform, while Bicep or ARM templates are also relevant.

• Advanced skills in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, requiring experience with GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps knowledge is a plus.

• Solid understanding of enterprise networking, including DNS, SSL/TLS certificate management, and API gateway configuration.

• Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Grafana, or similar platforms, including implementation of DORA metrics.

• Familiarity with container orchestration and serverless architectures, including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, or Azure Functions.

• Basic knowledge of security controls within cloud environments.

• Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem, particularly Jira, Confluence, and programmatic API integration is a plus.

• Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure patterns such as model hosting, feature stores, and agent sandboxing is desirable.

• Experience with MCP server infrastructure or comparable agentic AI platform patterns is a plus.

• Understanding of enterprise governance frameworks like ITIL, TOGAF, or similar is a plus.
