This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Ongoing management, maintenance, and enhancements of Data Protection tools, Active Directory, and API integrations with external solutions such as Thycotic secret server.
• Support and facilitate the Incident Management process by collaborating with the Global Network Operations Center.
• Oversee and maintain operations and maintenance for the suite of tools managed by the Process and Security Engineering Team, in accordance with Change Management processes.
• Conduct regular reviews of the services provided by the team to ensure reliability, stability, and security.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work, adopting standards, and adhering to those standards.
• Facilitate and implement continuous improvements to enhance the ongoing value of the services the team offers to the business.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant tools to support the business in meeting customer expectations and service requirements.
• Clear understanding of how Automation can enhance efficiencies and meet customer expectations.
• Proven experience in managing, maintaining, and developing complex automation solutions to improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to further improve customer service and service delivery through automation and analytics.
• Extensive experience with PowerShell, SOAP API, and Rest API to minimize manual efforts and ensure consistency.
• Responsible for execution in accordance with established standards, procedures, and processes.
• Address and manage service issues and challenges.
• Accountable for awareness and compliance with Information Security Management policies and guidelines.
• Report any breaches of information security or policies.
• 3-5+ years of experience with relevant technologies.
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell and working with APIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, including technologies like Active Directory.
• Experience with SDLC tools such as Jira, Git, VSTS, TFS, etc.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft SQL Servers, and Microsoft Azure.
• Working knowledge of VMware and Veeam.
• Familiar with datacenter infrastructure.
• Effective analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently.
• Detailed understanding and ability to operate within a process-driven organization.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with peers and managers.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Sensitivity and cultural awareness are essential.
• Experience and discipline in recognizing and handling confidential and sensitive information.
