• Collaborate with the CIO to formulate and implement a multi-year IT strategy that aligns with Arlo Solutions’ business goals and client service commitments.

• Act as the operational representative for the CIO, participating in executive discussions, client interactions, and governance committees.

• Convert organizational strategies into actionable roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocations across all four IT domains.

• Identify, evaluate, and suggest emerging technologies that can provide a competitive edge or enhance operational efficiency.

• Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality IT services across all functions; establish and track service-level agreements and operational KPIs.

• Guarantee that infrastructure, applications, and platforms meet target uptime, performance, and scalability standards.

• Lead technology program management across the enterprise, including prioritization of portfolios and governance of projects.

• Manage relationships with key technology vendors, service providers, and strategic partners; oversee contract performance.

• Advocate for a security-first culture; ensure that all IT activities comply with Arlo Solutions’ risk management framework.

• Supervise compliance programs, including NIST 800-53, CMMC, FedRAMP, and relevant federal and state regulations.

• Prepare for incident response and manage the organization’s response during significant security events.

• Report on cybersecurity posture and risk exposure to the CIO, executive team, and relevant governance bodies.

• Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to DevSecOps practices, code quality standards, and delivery velocity goals.

• Promote agile methodologies and cultivate a culture of engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.

• Ensure that development activities are aligned with client needs, security standards, and Arlo Solutions’ architectural principles.

• Guide the enterprise data strategy, including governance, architecture, data quality, and lifecycle management.

• Oversee the development and responsible deployment of AI/ML capabilities that deliver business value while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Foster a data-literate culture throughout the organization; promote self-service analytics and evidence-based decision-making.

• Lead, mentor, and develop four functional managers; encourage accountability, psychological safety, and high performance within their teams.

• Drive workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to cultivate a diverse and skilled IT organization.

• Establish a culture of professional development, continuous learning, and career advancement within the IT department.

• Manage the IT operating and capital budget across all four domains; ensure fiscal responsibility and value optimization.

• Lead annual budget planning processes in coordination with Finance; provide quarterly updates and variance analyses.

• Identify opportunities for optimizing technology expenditure through consolidation, modernization, and cloud strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a director-level or senior management role.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional IT teams (operations, security, development, and/or data).

• Strong expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and federal compliance frameworks (NIST, CMMC, FedRAMP).

• Experience managing IT programs in professional services, federal contracting, or a similar environment.

• Proven track record of overseeing multi-million-dollar IT budgets and vendor portfolios.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
