Information Security Analyst III – Network Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee, assess, and enhance firewall, IPS/IDS, NAC, segmentation, and defense-in-depth measures;

• Analyze rules, policies, flows, exceptions, and risks pertaining to network security;

• Assist with connectivity, segmentation, expansion, cloud, data center, and environmental integration initiatives;

• Perform technical evaluations of network-related incidents, events, failures, and vulnerabilities;

• Establish operational standards, documentation, metrics, and recommendations for improvement;

• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Architecture, BlueOps, CSIRT, and vendors;

• Facilitate hardening efforts, reduce attack surfaces, and enhance visibility;

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

• Extensive experience in network security, including firewalls, IPS/IDS, NAC, VPNs, segmentation, and troubleshooting.

• Proficient in log analysis, troubleshooting, and rule evaluation.

• Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, proxies, load balancers, and hybrid architectures.

• Familiarity with defense-in-depth, Zero Trust principles, and best practices for secure infrastructure.

• Preferred: Experience in financial or other critical environments.
