This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Develop, implement, and enhance enterprise legal hold and information governance functions.
• Assist in managing the entire legal hold process while fostering collaboration with relevant departments.
• Ensure that preservation, retention, and disposition practices are defensible and consistent throughout the organization.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Legal Studies, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of combined experience in records management, information governance, legal operations, audit, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, or IT (Preferably with M365 retention and/or eDiscovery administration).
• Exceptional documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Familiarity with M365 data lifecycle management and eDiscovery tools.
