• Offer continuous application support to clinical and operational personnel, addressing issues and ensuring that users have the essential tools to deliver optimal care to Array’s patients.
• Serve as a bridge between IT and clinical/business teams to manage expectations and resolve problems.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance usability and adoption of Epic features, ensuring system reliability.
• Execute comprehensive testing of system configurations to verify expected functionality, data integrity, and user satisfaction.
• Recognize opportunities to improve Epic functionality, fostering ongoing enhancement aligned with clinical and operational goals.
• Provision and set up internal and external Epic users as required.
• Keep current with Epic developments and industry best practices in clinical informatics and EHR optimization.
• Work with training teams to create and deliver extensive end-user training on Epic workflows and features.
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to collect and interpret business and clinical requirements.
• Design and refine Epic workflows to boost clinical and operational efficiencies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Configure Epic modules to facilitate effective implementation and maximize system performance.
• A bachelor's degree in health informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, focusing on EHR implementation, support, and/or workflow optimization.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Epic Ambulatory is required. Epic Ambulatory certification is highly preferred.
• Experience in configuring or supporting any of these Epic areas is beneficial and preferred: Urgent Care, MyChart, Provider Finder, Epic Care Link, and/or hands-on Epic Video configuration.
• Proven track record in supporting and implementing Epic workflows.
• Familiarity with Epic functionality, customization options, and configuration processes.
• Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare informatics environment.
