Influencer Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage & Scale Creators: Supervise influencer portfolios and assist talent in enhancing their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Talent Acquisition: Identify and onboard new creators, concentrating on both emerging and established influencers.

• Foster Brand Relationships: Establish and maintain robust partnerships with brands and agencies to secure top talent for campaigns.

• Strategic Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to define the overall strategy and broaden Grail’s talent roster.

• Autonomous & Flexible Work: Excel in a vibrant, fast-paced environment while enjoying the freedom to work independently and remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly familiar with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

• Willing to put in the effort to accomplish tasks.

• Capability to work independently and manage your own agenda.

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies!
