Influencer Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and Scale Creators: Manage influencer portfolios and assist talent in enhancing their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Talent Recruitment: Identify and onboard new creators, concentrating on both emerging and well-established influencers.

• Cultivate Brand Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies to secure top talent for campaigns.

• Strategic Development: Collaborate with internal teams to define the overall strategy and expand Grail’s talent lineup.

• Independent and Flexible Work: Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while enjoying the flexibility to work independently and remotely.

• Highly familiar with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Prepared to hustle to achieve results.

• Capability to work independently and manage your own agenda.

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies!
