This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• The Social Strategist is tasked with designing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies for clients across a variety of sectors.
• This position entails developing distinctive brand identities, managing influencer partnerships, and overseeing the end-to-end content creation and execution process.
• As an independent and inventive team member, the Social Strategist manages a fast-paced workload, engages in team collaborations, and stays updated on industry trends to continually deliver innovative and effective social media campaigns for clients.
• Develop and implement tailored social media campaign strategies that align with each client's objectives and target demographics, including influencer partnerships.
• Expertise in strategically managing influencer initiatives by identifying, vetting, and selecting influencer talent and creators for campaigns.
• Effectively handle a varied workload, working autonomously to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines across multiple client accounts.
• Create engaging and on-brand copy and creative for social media posts and influencer campaign plans and briefs, using previous months' performance data to inform strategic adjustments while incorporating trend-driven and relevant social context.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars that are consistent with the overall social media strategy, ensuring regular posting schedules and thematic content for client accounts.
• Remain informed about the latest social media trends, emerging platforms, and changes in algorithms, consistently contributing fresh ideas and strategies to the team.
• Actively engage in team meetings, providing creative insights, sharing industry news, and collaborating on cross-functional projects.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, offering regular updates on campaign progress, outcomes, and improvement recommendations.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance and streamline business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media (agency experience is preferred).
• Proactive in keeping up with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes within the social media domain, with examples of applying this knowledge to improve strategies.
• Demonstrated success in managing social media strategies for multiple clients across various industries, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
• Experience in creating and maintaining distinct brand voices for clients, ensuring consistency and authenticity in all social media content.
• Proven ability to develop and manage social campaigns that deliver significant results across various KPIs; skilled in utilizing data and analytics to refine and enhance social strategies for optimal impact.
• Base salary plus commission opportunities.
