• The Social Strategist is tasked with designing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies for clients across a range of industries.
• This position entails developing distinctive brand voices, managing relationships with influencers, and overseeing all aspects of content creation and execution.
• As a self-directed and imaginative team member, the Social Strategist thrives in a fast-paced environment, engages in team collaboration, and stays ahead of industry trends to effectively drive innovative and impactful social media campaigns for clients.
• Develop and execute tailored social media campaign strategies that align with each client's objectives and target audience, including managing influencer relationships.
• Skilled in strategically driving influencer programs by identifying, vetting, and selecting influencer talent and creators for campaigns.
• Effectively manage a varied workload, working independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines across multiple client accounts.
• Create engaging and on-brand copy as well as creative content for social media posts and influencer campaign briefs.
• Design and implement monthly content calendars that align with the overall social media strategy, ensuring consistent posting schedules and thematic content for client accounts.
• Remain informed about the latest social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm updates, actively contributing innovative ideas and strategies to the team.
• Maintain transparent and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress, results, and suggestions for enhancements.
• Over 2 years of experience in social media, with a preference for agency experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated initiative in staying current with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes in the social media sector, with examples of applying this knowledge to enhance strategies.
• Client Diversity: Proven experience in successfully managing social media strategies for multiple clients across various industries, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
• Brand Voice & Tone: Experience in creating and maintaining unique brand voices for clients, ensuring consistency and authenticity in all social media content.
• Results and Impact: A record of developing and managing social campaigns that delivered significant results across various KPIs, with proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to refine and optimize social strategies for maximum effectiveness.
