Influencer Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee Tether's worldwide influencer strategy spanning AI, technology, lifestyle, culture, health, crypto, and beyond.

• Identify, evaluate, and cultivate long-term partnerships with influencers and creators, both independently and through agencies when appropriate.

• Manage complete campaign processes: brief, contract, delivery, measurement, and iteration.

• Collaborate with product teams across all four pillars (Stable Finance, Stable Intelligence, Stable Power, Stable Communications) to synchronize influencer efforts with our actual launches.

• Create a tech and developer influencer program targeting YouTubers, technical bloggers, OSS maintainers, tech podcast hosts, and AI influencers.

• Stay updated on platform evolutions like X, Rumble, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and whatever emerges next.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related creator-side roles.

• A proven history of successfully executing campaigns from start to finish, with tangible results to discuss.

• A strong understanding of the tech and developer creator landscape — not solely in consumer-lifestyle.

• Familiarity with crypto, AI, or P2P/open-source sufficient to brief a creator confidently.

• Keen ability to discern which creators exhibit authenticity and which do not.

• Bonus points for existing connections with developer influencers or technical content creators.

• Experience in building an influencer program from the ground up.

• Proven ability to work with agencies across various regions and effectively manage them.
