This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sentiment within the U.S. market.
• Discover, onboard, and oversee macro and mid-tier influencers.
• Supervise an Influencer Executive, offering direction and support.
• Manage the development of influencer content and the execution of campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Lead to synchronize campaign strategies.
• Work in partnership with internal creative, strategy, and international teams.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance and audience sentiment.
• 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in the luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing influencer campaigns in the U.S.
• Experience working across various markets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta).
• Understanding of both paid and organic influencer integration.
• Experience in managing relationships with influencers and creators.
• Proficient in content planning and ideation.
• Familiar with influencer and social analytics platforms (such as CreatorIQ, Tagger, Traackr, or similar).
• Strong grasp of reporting metrics, including Engagement Rate (ER%), Cost per Metric (CPM), Earned Media Value (EMV), and sentiment analysis.
• Experience in providing weekly and monthly reports to clients or senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
