Influencer Manager – Talent Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit creators who align with the brand's ethos and target audience.

• Execute outreach initiatives for gifted, affiliate, and paid collaborations.

• Develop and sustain a robust, organized creator pipeline.

• Oversee daily communications with creators.

• Coordinate briefs, deadlines, deliverables, and approval processes.

• Ensure timely content delivery that meets established expectations.

• Foster long-lasting relationships with top-performing creators.

• Assist with gifting, seeding, and ambassador-style initiatives.

• Monitor creator engagement, content delivery, and usage rights.

• Manage creator databases, tracking systems, and campaign documentation.

• Track essential performance metrics such as engagement and content usage.

• Provide summaries and insights to the Brand team.

• Aid in identifying creators for deepening, scaling, or pausing partnerships.

• Collaborate closely with Brand, Social, and Growth teams.

• Support product launches and campaigns by aligning creator timelines with broader strategic plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• 3–5+ years of practical experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management, preferably within eCommerce or consumer brands.

• Comprehensive understanding of TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator programs, and trends in social commerce.

• Proficient in outreach, contract management, and building relationships with creators.

• Experienced with influencer management or affiliate tools (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Collabstr, Shopify Collabs).

• Possess an analytical mindset with a background in tracking performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).

• Ability to operate in the US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day), likely in US Pacific Time.

• Prior experience working overnight or graveyard shifts.
