This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Passion for influencer marketing and an eye for trends in men's beauty, sports, and lifestyle.

• Support for the Influencer Campaign Management Team.

• Development and management of authentic creator collaborations.

• Advising the account management team to develop effective strategies.

• Researching influencers on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

• Engaging with influencers based on client preferences.

• Creation of briefings and contracts.

• Project management: monitoring costs, quality, and timing of content.

• Completed studies in media or business sciences or relevant experience.

• At least 2 years of practical experience in (influencer) marketing.

• Experience in executing projects and/or campaigns.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Fluent in German and English, ideally with knowledge of French.

• Willingness to perform, eagerness to learn, independence, reflective ability, and teamwork skills.
