This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠System Administration: Carry out daily administrative functions in IndySoft, which includes managing user accounts, roles, and permissions, along with routine configuration adjustments. Assist with system updates and upgrades while ensuring consistent configurations across different sites.
⢠Configuration & Setup: Set up templates, lists, events, and workflows within IndySoft. Establish and maintain equipment profiles, procedures, and reporting layouts (PrintBuilder / LayoutBuilder).
⢠Data Migration & Site Integration: Aid in the extraction, transformation, and loading of data during the integration of new locations into our standard IndySoft configuration, ensuring a seamless and precise transition.
⢠Data Quality & Hygiene: Execute queries and reports to identify and rectify duplicate, missing, or inconsistent data. Support data validation, mapping, and cleanup activities during system modifications and the onboarding of newly acquired labs.
⢠Integrations & Data Flow: Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of integrations between IndySoft and other business applications (such as NetSuite and Salesforce) using APIs and integration tools. Troubleshoot sync failures, investigate data mismatches, and help maintain alignment of records across systems.
⢠User Support & Documentation: Offer first-line support to users for inquiries and issues related to IndySoft, escalating more complex problems as necessary. Create and maintain clear documentation, how-to guides, and training materials to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
⢠Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the configuration and use of IndySoft and connected systems, recommending enhancements, customizations, or automation to boost accuracy and productivity.
⢠Practical experience in administering or configuring IndySoft.
⢠1ā4 years of experience in roles such as systems administration, business systems analyst, data analyst, or application support.
⢠Comfort with relational databases and proficiency in writing SQL queries for data retrieval, analysis, insertion, and updates.
⢠A foundational understanding of how business applications connect and share data, including familiarity with APIs, imports/exports, or integration concepts.
⢠Strong attention to detail along with a methodical and accurate approach to data and configuration tasks.
⢠Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, inquisitive mindset ā you take pleasure in diagnosing issues and resolving them.
⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical topics to non-technical users.
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, lookups, data cleanup).
