This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will create and implement 3D and 2D design solutions that are in line with brand guidelines and marketing goals for both beauty and non-beauty retail projects.
• You will devise and showcase visual concepts for in-store merchandising, signage, point-of-sale materials, and window displays that enhance customer engagement and boost sales.
• You will design digital assets such as social media graphics, website banners, email marketing visuals, basic video editing, and online advertisements.
• You will aid in the development and progression of packaging designs, ensuring brand consistency and visual attractiveness across all platforms.
• You will collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and product development teams to grasp project requirements and provide effective creative solutions.
• You will present design concepts and their rationale to stakeholders and clients, integrating feedback and refining designs as necessary.
• You will ensure that all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and legal standards.
• You will enhance the business's comprehension of the latest retail design trends, technologies, and best practices in both the beauty and non-beauty domains.
• You will manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards from conception to execution.
• You hold a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• You have professional experience in graphic design, ideally in the retail or consumer goods sector, with exposure to both beauty and non-beauty industries being an advantage.
• You are highly skilled in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D Studio Max or similar visualization tools.
• You possess outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, enabling you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• You have a strong passion for design and a deep interest in the retail landscape, encompassing both beauty and non-beauty trends.
• You maintain a robust portfolio that demonstrates a diverse array of creative work across print and digital mediums.
• You have a solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• You have a proven capability to translate marketing briefs into effective and visually captivating designs.
• You possess exceptional communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey your creative thought process to stakeholders and bring ideas to fruition.
• You are naturally inquisitive and can channel this curiosity into asking insightful questions that foster connections and comprehend business needs.
