This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.
• Oversee, expand, and cultivate a sales territory that includes a network of distribution customers aimed at promoting the full range of Stanley Black & Decker industrial solution brands.
• Showcase the advantages of Stanley Black & Decker’s complete product lineup and services by pinpointing target opportunities, conducting product trials, and supplying the customer with a cost savings analysis report.
• Identify end-user applications to recommend the most cost-effective products.
• Provide continuous sales support to customers, including sales analysis, inventory management, and promotional activities.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure timely reporting across all areas of territory management.
• Keep distributors engaged and informed about product offerings.
• Develop and deliver a value-driven communication strategy for both distribution partners and end users.
• Address end-user issues through troubleshooting, minor repairs, alignment, and equipment calibration.
• A Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in a shop environment.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience in the industrial sector is highly preferred.
• Required proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Technical and mechanical skills to operate tools and machinery effectively.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or another CRM platform is preferred.
• Proven time management abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electric, pneumatic, and mechanical systems is advantageous.
• Ability to develop and present programs to both customers and the sales organization.
• Fluency in Spanish is an added benefit.
