Indirect Auto Loan Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Receive, log, track, and process indirect loan packets through the designated queues within the indirect lending software platform.

• Assess lending documents and contracts for accuracy, validity, and completeness.

• Conduct audits on incoming loan files to ensure quality, accuracy, completeness, and to identify potential fraud indicators.

• Confirm that underwriting conditions have been fulfilled and clear conditions when appropriate.

• Ensure that each loan file complies with applicable legal and regulatory standards.

• Maintain precise departmental spreadsheets and tracking records.

• Stay updated with operational procedures and complete necessary training.

• Communicate professionally and courteously with vendors, members, employees, and other business associates.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience in consumer lending, loan processing, or a related field.

• Familiarity with consumer loan documentation.

• Ability to assess whether loan contracts and accompanying documents are accurate, valid, and complete.

• Capability to identify inconsistencies, missing documentation, and potential fraud indicators in loan files.

• Proficiency in reviewing documentation, verifying underwriting conditions, and exercising sound judgment when clearing conditions.

• Strong data-entry capabilities.

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and business or financial systems.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet processing deadlines, and adapt to changes in workload or procedures.

• Capacity to work independently while also being a positive contributor to team dynamics.

• Good judgment, discretion, and effective problem-solving abilities.

• Professional and courteous communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must be a resident of Oregon, Washington, or Idaho.

• Availability to work weekend shifts, evening shifts, and occasional overtime as required by business needs.
