Independent Sales Representative – Skincare Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in introducing Dermalosophy to qualified professional accounts within your designated territory.

• Identify and cultivate new opportunities for Dermalosophy in medical spas, dermatology practices, plastic surgery offices, wellness clinics, entrepreneurial esthetician businesses, and aesthetic practices.

• Develop and sustain relationships with decision-makers, providers, estheticians, practice managers, and business owners.

• Clearly and compellingly present Dermalosophy’s brand narrative, product positioning, and professional skincare opportunities.

• Support account onboarding and aid practices in understanding how Dermalosophy can integrate into their retail, treatment, and patient-care services.

• Maintain regular communication with prospects and current accounts.

• Monitor lead activities, follow-ups, and sales advancements.

• Collaborate with Astanza’s internal team for additional clinical, educational, or operational support when necessary.

• Always represent Astanza and Dermalosophy with professionalism.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in selling within the professional aesthetics, skincare, dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, or wellness sectors.

• Established relationships with aesthetic practices or skincare professionals.

• A solid understanding of consultative sales and relationship-based account development.

• Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.

• Confidence in presenting products and business opportunities to professional accounts.

• A polished, professional demeanor.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics, skincare, education, and aiding practices in their growth.

• Previous experience with professional skincare, aesthetic devices, injectables, practice development, or medical spa sales is highly preferred.
