Independent Sales Representative – Public Safety AI Radio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Engage with firehouses, police departments, and public safety establishments to showcase Mermaid AI.

• Perform live, in-person demonstrations of our AI-enhanced radio solution.

• Foster relationships with chiefs, officers, and key municipal stakeholders.

• Recognize opportunities and guide deals through the complete sales process.

• Participate in regional events, training sessions, and industry gatherings.

• Represent Mermaid AI as the primary contact in your designated area.

• Offer practical insights to contribute to product development.

• Systematic and self-disciplined in managing your sales pipeline.

• Enthusiastic about promoting a new category of AI technology.

• Experience in public safety (firefighter, police, EMS), radio communications, RF, or telecommunications, along with government/municipal sales experience, field-based sales, and familiarity with the procurement processes of public agencies (not mandatory, but highly advantageous).
