Independent Property Field Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee all assigned claims with limited supervision.

• Make claim decisions within the authority granted by company and carrier policies.

• Accurately analyze policy coverages and implement correct claims practices.

• Set and communicate reserves in accordance with carrier expectations.

• Stay informed about insurance policies, guidelines, and industry standards.

• Comprehend local construction methods, pricing, and repair benchmarks.

• Submit additional reports as required.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all insured parties, clients, and stakeholders.

• Uphold high standards of professionalism throughout all assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience dealing with property claims.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience using Xactimate and Symbility estimating software.

• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, practices, and procedures is essential.

• General construction knowledge is highly preferred.
