Independent IPO Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop continuous research coverage for all US IPOs and direct listings with an anticipated deal size of [USD100mn or higher, excluding closed-end funds and SPACs].

• Employ a data-driven approach to evaluate and rank deals.

• Create a pre-IPO company tearsheet.

• Conduct pre-IPO fundamental research.

• Provide insights on pre-IPO valuation and pricing.

• Summarize trading activity post-IPO.

• Preview lock-up expiry following IPOs.

• Deliver a personalized service for select institutional clients that encompasses both pre-deal and post-deal elements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant research and/or investment experience with institutional clients (5 years+).

• Proven experience and connections within the US equity capital markets.

• Clear ability to produce high-quality research writing.
