This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Assist clients in choosing travel destinations, accommodations, and tailored experience options.
β’ Offer recommendations that align with client interests, budgets, and travel preferences.
β’ Conduct research on itineraries, activities, and distinctive highlights of various destinations.
β’ Organize reservations, logistics, and cater to client preferences.
β’ Maintain outstanding communication with clients throughout the entire planning process.
β’ Use industry-specific tools to gather information and manage client details effectively.
β’ Keep abreast of destination trends, seasonal opportunities, and available experience options.
β’ Provide professional, friendly, and personalized service to clients.
β’ Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
β’ Candidates must reside in the U.S., Australia, Mexico, or the U.K.
β’ Reliable internet access and a personal device (laptop or computer recommended) are required.
β’ Ability to work independently and manage one's own workflow is essential.
β’ A willingness to complete training and remain engaged in ongoing learning is necessary.
