Independent Contractor – Instructor / Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating with clients regarding the training programs offered.

• Engage in course development initiatives for both new courses and updates to existing ones.

• Work collaboratively with the team to identify solutions for intricate courses or materials.

• Maintain ongoing communication with the Vice President/GM and/or Sales Team.

• Previous experience in conducting training sessions.

• High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.

• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

• Ability to perform well in a team environment, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.

• Maturity to offer leadership and direction to a class.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and delivering results on time.

• Required auditing experience – relevant and current audit experience with the standards applicable for teaching.

• Proficient in MS Office and experienced in using “virtual training” platforms (e.g., Webex, Teams).

• Subject Matter Expert-level experience in one or more Management Systems or related fields: Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, Food Safety; FSSC 22000, Health and Safety Management Systems, Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Information Security.

• Minimum of five years’ experience in the relevant management systems.

• Background in management systems, regulatory compliance, or a similar role.

• Five years’ experience in Environmental management, regulatory compliance, or a related position.

• Five years’ experience in Occupational Health and Safety, regulatory compliance, or similar job experience.

• Five years’ experience in Food Safety, regulatory compliance, or a related position.

• Five years’ experience in manufacturing management.

• Relevant and up-to-date audit experience with the standards related to instruction – a minimum of 15 audit days plus experience meeting at least 2 management system audits (2 team members) within the last 3 years.

• Current audit log demonstrating audit experience.

• Qualifications as specified in AS9104/3A for Aerospace.
