This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and manage a highly efficient, accountable, and customer-focused inbound setter team that can scale seamlessly without encountering operational bottlenecks, performance uncertainties, or employee burnout.
• Coach, mentor, and nurture setters through continuous performance management and accountability.
• Conduct daily setter meetings with a structured approach, clear intentions, and a focus on performance.
• Hold regular one-on-one performance discussions with team members.
• Review and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends.
• Ensure team members are held accountable for KPIs, scheduling standards, communication expectations, and operational consistency.
• Quickly and objectively identify high performers, growth opportunities, coaching needs, and role misalignments.
• Establish and enforce clear scheduling expectations and availability standards.
• Develop and maintain onboarding and ramp-up plans for all new inbound setters.
• Ensure setters carry out implementation and inbound calls with confidence, structure, empathy, and efficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing remote sales, setter, customer success, or high-performance operational teams.
• Strong comprehension of inbound sales processes, KPIs, scheduling management, and conversion performance.
• Outstanding communication, coaching, and accountability skills.
• Highly organized with a keen operational awareness and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable making decisive leadership recommendations.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and remote communication tools.
